1. General Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all tour and transfer services offered by Pamukkale Tourism. By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Booking
- Bookings can be made through our website or by phone
- Booking confirmation is sent by email
- It is important to keep your booking number
- All prices are stated in Euro (EUR)
3. Payment
- Payment can be made during booking or on the tour day
- Cash and credit card payments are accepted
- Advance payment may be required for group bookings
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Tour Cancellations
- More than 24 hours: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Cancellations by us: Full refund or alternative date offered
4.2. Transfer Cancellations
- More than 48 hours: Full refund
- Less than 48 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are made in accordance with the cancellation policy
- Refunds are made using the same payment method
- Refund process is completed within 7-14 business days
6. Tour Day Rules
- You must be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour time
- In case of late arrival, the tour will not wait
- Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions (full refund)
- Guide instructions must be followed during the tour
7. Transfer Services
- You must be ready before the transfer time
- In case of flight delays, the driver may wait (additional fee may apply)
- Transfer cancellations must be notified 48 hours in advance
8. Liability
- All our tours are covered by travel insurance
- Guests' personal belongings are their own responsibility
- No responsibility is taken in case of natural disasters or force majeure
- TURSAB certified and insured service is provided
9. Children Policy
- 0-2 years: Free (on lap)
- 3-12 years: 30% discount
- 13 years and above: Full price
10. Group Discounts
- 4-6 people: 5% discount
- 7-10 people: 10% discount
- 11+ people: Special price quote
11. Complaints
You can contact us for any complaints. Complaints are responded to within 48 hours at the latest.
12. Changes
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on our website.
