1. Booking & Payment Security
All online payments are securely processed using 256-Bit SSL encrypted Iyzico payment gateway. Digital booking vouchers are sent to your registered email immediately upon payment approval.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations 24+ Hours Notice: Requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure receive a 100% full refund with zero penalty fees.
- Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure or missed pick-up times are non-refundable.
- Refund Timeline: Processed refunds are credited back to your original payment card via Iyzico within 2-7 business days.
3. Itinerary Adjustments
Licensed tour guides reserve the right to alter itinerary sequence due to weather conditions, traffic, or safety considerations.
