DISTANCE SELLING CONTRACT
1. PARTIES
This Contract is established between the parties specified below under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
BUYER / CONSUMER:
The individual or legal entity purchasing tour, excursion, or transfer services via pamukkaledailytour.com and entering personal/contact details on the reservation form.
SELLER / SERVICE PROVIDER:

By confirming the booking on the website, the BUYER accepts in advance that they agree to pay the total purchase price, applicable taxes, and any stated service fees.
2. DEFINITIONS
- LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
- REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts,
- SERVICE: Tour, excursion, guiding, accommodation, and transfer services provided for a fee,
- SELLER: ÖZZENCİR TURİZM (Pamukkaledailytour.com),
- BUYER: The individual or entity acquiring the service for non-commercial purposes,
- SITE: The website pamukkaledailytour.com belonging to the SELLER,
- CONTRACT: This Distance Selling Contract concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and performance of tour services booked electronically via pamukkaledailytour.com in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

5. BUYER DETAILS
Name, phone, email, and pickup location submitted by the BUYER on the pamukkaledailytour.com booking form shall apply.
6. SERVICE & PAYMENT DETAILS
Tour details, departure date/time, participant count, inclusions, and VAT-inclusive total price are displayed on the reservation summary and confirmation voucher. Payments are processed securely via Iyzico 256-Bit SSL payment gateway with credit/debit card.
7. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Free cancellation with a 100% full refund is granted for cancellation requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
- Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before departure or missed pick-ups (No-Show) are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card via Iyzico within 2 to 7 business days.
8. JURISDICTION
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Denizli Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this contract.
9. ENFORCEMENT
By completing the payment on the SITE, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this contract.
